FFP2 masks offering high protection through the meltblown material.
Melt blowing is a conventional fabrication method of micro- and nanofibers where a polymer melt (polypropylene) is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high speed blowing gas. The randomly deposited fibers form a nonwoven sheet product applicable for filtration, sorbents, apparels and for the drug delivery systems as well.
According to specialists, meltblown material is able to filter microorganisms including coronaviruses with a diameter of around 0.12 micrometers.
Our FFP2 masks are produced in Romania and, thanks to the 5-layer structure of the mask, it offers the guarantee that the big majority of minuscule particles of any origin and aerosols from the air are captured by this complex material. Viruses and particles will stick to the fibers and do not get into the mouth or nose. This explains why the multiple layers mask will always offer a greater protection than the simple or low layer masks.
The risk of infection is significantly reduced wearing our 5 layer masks.
Same important, despite the high filtration property of the mask, breathing through the masks is made very easy, the person who wears it does not have a discomfort feeling, since the load on the lungs is reduced and this way the symptoms like fatigue are preponderantly avoided.
Thanks to the included nosepiece, the masks can be very well adapted to the wearer, tightly to the face. A good fit is important, in order to use the entire filter performance of the masks!
Ear-bands are made of a soft and elastic material, and ensure a comfortable fit for the entire period of its use.
The high elasticity of the straps, makes the mask to be suitable for all adult head sizes and makes it easy to put on and take off, as well.
The CE certification confirms that the protective masks have successfully passed a verification procedure by independent, specialized & accredited body/authority, and it proves that our FFP2 masks meet or even exceed all necessary requirements of the EU , in this respect.
The basis for the certification is the regulation EU/2016/425 on personal protective equipment. FFP2 masks marked CE2233 follow the same standards as e.g. B. CE2233 certified FFP2 masks. The digits after the CE marking are codes of the body that carried out the test of the respirator.
